We had the absolute pleasure of being the inaugural guests in this unit. Unlike many managed apartments, these pictures do not lie. The space is beautiful, well designed, and thoughtfully lit throughout the day. It is in a very nice part of town, with a wide variety of food options (all of which are Delicious and nearby). Thiso mall is walking distance, which is great for families that want to escape the heat. The managing company is responsive, customer focused, and very pleasant to work with! We got the sense that they wanted us to have a great stay from start to finish; and beyond. Being the first guests in a new unit, there were some kinks but the managing company helped to set these expectations, and went above and beyond to make things work! All in all we were super satisfied with our stay and would do it again in a heartbeat. Book with confidence and enjoy Saigon from this beautiful gem!

Amazing Apartment for visiting ho chi minh city! You can enjoy the whole two floors apartment with privacy. It has well equipped kitchen, washing machine, air-con, fridge, towels,shampoos,TV... Two bedrooms with two double bed with two showers and three toilets. Very Great deal when it can accommodate 4 people and it only takes 20 minutes by Grab to tourists' attractions. The whole apartment is very spacious and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, you can find convenient shop and cafe nearby. Instant response from the host and very smooth check-in & check-out. Will definitely come back for the net trip.

This beautiful riverside villa has a large outdoor area overlooking the river. It's suitable for families or groups of up to 8 people. It offers good privacy.

This was an absolutely beautiful place. I celebrated my birthday there with a lot of friends and it had almost everything one would need. The puppies were an added bonus, though other may want to know that they were there. We were so happy to have them join us. Kai and her group were very responsive to my many, many messages and tried to solve some of the problems that arose.

Villa itself is just like the photo, and my clients arrived late in airport, so they were super nice enough to help us to check in at 11PM.The place is wonderful, and I think it would be the best choice in Binh Duong. Pool is very nice and clean , the back yard is nicely decorated and lighted. River view is beautiful in both night and day time. Def. Will recommend.

The house is very clean, in the nice area and suitable for a group with 4 years old children. We had very good time there and probably will come back one day. The host is very friendly and helpful. The housemaid also very helpful too. Specially the doggies are very sweet.

We found ssv randomly due to the needs of our group. We spent there a day with our kids. The host was nice and supportive. The maid just stay next to our place, thus we ez reach her out for help. The place is just gorgeous and peaceful. It totally worth to visit again.

The accommodation was beautiful, the service was excellent. It was a shame it rained heavily that day, so we couldn't have dinner by the river. All requests and questions were answered quickly. This will be a place I'll return to often.
